Next week there will be two major changes in your newspaper.
Tuesday we launch the redesigned and upgraded Central Oregonian. In addition to a new look, the Mid-week Edition will have new features and columnists as well as an opinion page. Managing editor, Vance Tong has worked hard to make a more reader-friendly newspaper that will have more information than we've ever had before.
On Thursday you won't be getting the paper, so please don't call to complain. On Friday afternoon you will be delivered your new Weekend Edition. These changes have been made in an effort to provide more news during the week that it happens.
The Central Oregonian will look different. It will arrive on a different day, but for all intents and purposes it is the same newspaper that has served Crook County for 120 years.
We hope you enjoy the changes.
