Cynthia Ward

Cynthia Ann (Miller) Ward, a former Prineville resident, passed away on April 21, 2008.
   A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
   Mrs. Ward was born on Feb. 19, 1959, in San Diego, Calif., to Jack and Nella (Walden) Hardison.
   She moved to Prineville in 1996, where she met and married William Dean Ward.
   Mrs. Ward enjoyed spending time with family, and her dogs "Boomer" and "Toby", doing crossword puzzles, cooking and the outdoors.
   Survivors include: her spouse Dean Ward of Madras; daughters Christy and Jason Stan of Ridgecrest, Calif., Sandra Miller, also of Ridgecrest; one son, Edwin Miller Jr. of Sacramento, Calif.;
   Other survivors include: sisters Linda Yates of Modesto, Calif., Tina Hibbitts of Prineville; and one brother, Tom Hardison, of Tallahasee, Florida; five grandchildren, six nieces and nephews and 14 great-nieces and great nephews.
   She was preceded in death by her parents and one nephew.
   Memorial contributions may be made to Community First Bank, care of Amy McCully-Rife Memorial Fund for Cynthia Ward.
   Arrangements are in the care of Bel-Air Funeral Home of Madras.
