Jackie Koch

Jackie Charlene Koch, a Prineville resident, passed away on Monday, Oct. 30, 2006, in Prineville, Ore.
   She was 56 years old.
   Memorial services were held Thursday, Nov. 2, 2006, at Prineville Funeral Home.
   Dr. Barry Gridley officiated.
   Jackie was born in Prineville, Ore., on June 15, 1950 to Ray A. and Doreen Conklin. She was raised and educated in Prineville, graduating from Crook County High School in 1968. Jackie worked as a caregiver in the health care industry.
   Jackie attended the Prineville Baptist Church. She loved sewing, traveling, making ceramics dolls, and going to yard sales.
   Jackie is survived by: her mother, Doreen Conklin; her son Toby Koch, and sister; Donna Yancey all of Prineville, Sue Cox of Olympia, Wash., her brother, David Conklin, of Corvallis, and many nieces and nephews.
   She was preceded in death by her father, Ray A. Conklin, in 2002.
   Memorial contributions may be made to the Prineville Hospice or Golden Years Care Home.
   Arrangements are in the care of the Prineville Funeral Home.
