The Big Brothers Big Sisters will be holding their 8th annual Crook County Bowl For Kids’s Sake on April 27 at Rimrock Lanes. You can participate in the fundraiser with several sponsorship levels. All funds raised at this event will stay in Crook County to support local youth between the ages of six and 15 with one-to-one mentoring relationships with caring adult mentors that includes careful matching and ongoing support. Coffee for Stryder! Prineville Coffee Company will be donating $2.50 for every bag of house coffee sold through March 9th to help in the efforts to raise money for Stryder Doescher. Stryder is a 5 year old little boy who lives in Prineville and fundraising efforts are underway to help the family purchase a 4 Paws companion/service dog that will alert Stryder’s parents when he has a seizure. The Crook County Middle School would like to invite everyone to the Outdoor School Dinner, Auction Fundraiser, and 6th Grade Science Fair on Friday, March 1, in the CCMS Cafeteria at 5:30 p.m. Please note the change in date of the fundraiser.
