City plaza leased for holiday displays during December

The Prineville City Plaza has been leased for Christmas and winter holiday displays during the month of December. Anyone wishing to display or use the plaza for any other purpose must contact Bob Orlando at 503-910-5084 before Dec. 1, no exceptions.
