Start planning for Black?FridayNovember 12, 2012 Next week is going to be a busy week for everyone — I know here at the Central Oregonian. We will be closed Thursday, Nov. 22 and Friday, Nov. 23, so that our employees can celebrate Thanksgiving with their families. In addition, Friday, Nov. 23 is what has become known as Black Friday for most business. Saturday, Nov. 24 is now known as Small Business Saturday, and here in Prineville, Sunday, Nov. 25 has been traditionally Open Sunday for many businesses who open their doors with savings throughout their stores. If your business will be having sales for Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and/or Open Sunday, please let us know by calling 541-447-6205. That way we can let our readers in on who is doing what in the Tuesday, Nov. 20 publication. ?• What’s Brewing? Wednesday, Nov. 14 at Meadow Lakes Restaurant from 7 – 8 a.m. This week’s speaker will be Dave Henderson from Congressman Greg Walden’s office. There will be time for questions and discussion.
