Faith Sorenson-Wilson passed away on Dec 23, 2012 in Prineville, Oregon. A visitation will be held January 3, 2013 from 10am – 1pm at Whispering Pines Funeral Home. A celebration of life will be held Thursday, January 3, 2013 at 1 pm. Interment will be held January 8, 2013 in New Plymouth, ID.

She was born April 2, 1922 to David and Ida (Jerup) Sorenson in Pisgah, Iowa. Her family moved to Priest River, Idaho in 1933 where she graduated from Priest River High School in 1939. Faith graduated from Lewiston State Normal School and taught in a county school for one year. She married Hugo Erickson in Superior, Montana in 1943 and gave birth to her son, David, in 1944. The family moved to Prineville, Oregon in 1948.

Faith worked as a bookkeeper for Conroy Chev, Hudspeth Sales & Service Oldsmobile. While working for DLCO Logging she married O.E. 'Bud' Wilson in 1970 in Reno, Nevada. After marriage she moved to Gilchrist, Oregon and back to Prineville in 1979. She worked for KRCO radio and Prineville Machine retiring in 1980.

Faith enjoyed bowling for many years. She also loved The Lord and walked with Him everyday. Faith was a very compassionate, loving person and will be missed by all.

Survivors include her son, Steve Wilson, of Las Vegas, Nevada. Four grandchildren, Desiree Wilson-Holman, Shelly, Mark, and Jerry. Two brothers and sisters. She was proceeded in death by her parents, first husband, second husband, son.
