Jack Lee Roy WilsonJanuary 07, 2013 Jack Lee Roy Wilson, 76, passed away January 2, 2012 at his home in Prineville, OR. A celebration of life will be at a later date. Jack Lee Roy Wilson was born August 6, 1936 in La Grande, OR to William Arthur Wilson and Minnie Bell Coe Wilson. He graduated from high school at Vernonia High School. Jack drove truck since he was 14 years old. He served in the Air Force and then the Oregon National Guard for 20 years. He was a reserve sheriff’s officer in Clatsop County for 15 years. Jack loved being in the great outdoors, hunting, ATV riding, spending time with family and friends, and visiting his favorite hangout, Tastee Treat. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He had a kind, generous, and loving heart. He was always willing to help anyone in need. Jack was survived by his wife Kathy of Prineville, OR, his son William and Sara of Redmond, OR, his daughters, Leona and Blake of Elmira, OR, Sue, Mindy, 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Jack was preceded in death by his parents, William and Minnie Wilson, and numerous aunts and uncles.
