Gwen Roth, 101, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013 peacefully surrounded by family.

Gwen was born on Dec. 17, 1911 in Laurens, Iowa.

She and her husband Chet were long-time residents of Prineville and enjoyed remodeling houses, traveling, gardening and playing cards. Gwen also enjoyed sewing and quilting.

She is survived by two sisters and one brother, two grandsons, four great-grandsons, one great-granddaughter, two great-great-grandsons, and nieces.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Chet, son, Richard, grandson, Doug and two brothers and two sisters.

She requested no funeral services but there will be a Celebration of Life this spring.
